This time, I used a nice <a href='http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Belgian_beer' target='_new'>Belgian beer<\/a>, a red onion and two sorts of mustard (wholegrain and traditional Dijon mustard) as a basis of the sauce.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThat was nice !
