Improvisation in the kitchen – Part 10

Lots and lots of stress at work. A creole meal is a good way to boost once mood. Tonight is a “Carry de viande” along with a spicy hot “Rougail” and a “Mélange quinoa-blé” on the side.

Actually, I was up for a “Rougail Saucisse”, but I couldn’t find the appropriate sausages.

I definitely need find a new apartment and move in-town Lyon, where I will find decent ingredients…
